Location was great, right in Downtown Cairo by two metro stations. The Deluxe Single Room had a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom. Very clean with free toiletries. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super helpful, giving me a free night when I needed it. Really loved it!

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room I was assigned was quite small and in desperate need of repairs, with issues including inadequate heating and a noticeable smell from the bathroom. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel felt unwelcoming, and interactions with the staff were not always positive, as I encountered a situation where a staff member attempted to solicit a tip for basic services.

I loved the spacious Deluxe Twin Room with a large bathroom. The staff were super welcoming and made my family feel at home. Every morning, the breakfast was a treat, and having a small refrigerator in the room was a great bonus! 😊

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious accommodation with a refrigerator and clean linens provided daily.

the location was good. easy to get around downtown. loved the warm welcome from the staff. they even helped with my sightseeing plans and breakfast in the room was very convenient.
